Welcome to our site! We are Tom and Shirley Horn.
We are retired and are fortunate that we can spend our days with our dogs. We live in Royal, Arkansas twelve miles
from the beautiful city of Hot Springs. We acquirred our first papillon in 1999 and fell in love with the breed.
